How Steve Went From Being An Addicted Shoplifting Boy To A Self-Help Author, Motivational Speaker & An Entrepreneur!

First of all, I'm Steve Pavlina's fan/follower, I love what he's doing because he's actually changing people's lives through his work and life experiences. So, I have had a chance to listen to one of his podcast (first podcast which was recorded in 2005), where he basically explains how he got stated to be where he is today, I was impressed and wanted to share with others to awaken that dead animal living inside of us all.

Steve says; "in 1991 January 27 on a super bowl Sunday, on this particular Sunday almost everyone was watching a super bowl while he was sitting in a jail cell. He has just been arrested for felony grand theft and he already had prior conviction for shoplifting a year before, and he was 19 year old at that time."

Well, if you have never been to jail and hopefully you haven't, you should know that it's extremely boring and he continued saying that; since he had nothing else to do for three to four days at that time, he sat there and thought long & hard about his life, which as you can properly imagine from the fact that he was in jail, it was a bit of a mess.

And some time during those three day, at some point he had a very powerful realization and finally he realized that he was the one who put himself in that cell, he realized that no one had done it to him, not the security guard who caught him, not the officer who arrested him, not the society at large and he wasn't even the victim of his own bad habit. He did it to himself. Yes, honestly "he did it to himself."๐Ÿ˜จ

And that sense of responsibility finally came crushing down on him, no one was going to save him, if anything in his life was going to change, the empathy for that change was going to have to come from him. How his life turned out from that point on-wards was entirely up to him, but there was no way that a 19 year old kid could fix his whole life overnight.

For starters, he wasn't very emotionally stable, at different times he was depressed, angry, frustrated, alone and sometimes even annoyed. He was unfocused, undisciplined and extremely dishonest, and most of all he was lazy. But the one thing he dad going for him was that he finally reached the level of awareness where he could see that the path he was on, was eventually going to destroy him if he didn't do something about it.

But to actually correct the problems he faced and to get his life back on track seemed unattainable, it seemed beyond his own abilities. Remember he didn't have the discipline, the integrity, the focus or the persistence to make those kinds of sweeping changes. He couldn't even get himself out of bed before noon because at the time he was totally addicted to shoplifting, he'd often do it several times per day.

So, how on earth could he expect to fix everything? And he didn't believe he could do it, he knew what he needed to do but he didn't think he could do it, he wasn't strong enough and he was right thinking that, he wasn't strong enough but when he finally surrendered to that, sense that he wasn't strong enough at the time that's when another realization hit him.

Maybe there was a way he could somehow, someday become strong enough.  If he couldn't lift the way in front of him, maybe he could train himself to the point where he could eventually lift it, he could grow, at the very least he could grow up, and that gave him a sense of hope because he felt that working on himself was at least something he could control.

Even though his extraordinary reality seemed to be spiraling out of control, so in that moment he decided to make a personal growth (his number 1 priority in life) which included figuring out exactly how he needed to grow. So, what did he actually do? Steve says; "first he cut off all ties to the circle of people that were reinforcing his whole identity, he moved to another city and gradually made new friends."

He continued saying that; "with this state, it helped interrupt the patterns that let to his destructive behavior and reinforce it and he successfully kept himself out of jail from that point on-wards, and that was a big accomplishment for him. And he went to work on his knowledge and skills, he bought books, audio programs and eventually he stated attending seminars."

He also went to work on his emotions, he gradually overcame his negativity, his negative attitude, his sarcasm and he started building a positive & enthusiastic attitude for himself which was a huge shift for him. He went on to work on his focus and he started consciously setting goals for himself and working to achieve them.

He went on to work on his self discipline which allowed him to learn to trust himself and so he could take on bigger and bigger goals. He went to work on his own beliefs about reality and he gradually formed a new sense of his own spirituality that was very empowering for him, the one that was uniquely his own. He went on to work on his character, on his integrity and on his sense of honor until he became a man who he could take a long haul to look at himself in the mirror without wanting to turn way.

He went to work on his time management skills which allowed him to go to college and graduate with two degrees in three semesters by taking triple the normal course load. He went to work on his relationships, eventually attracting a wonderful woman into his life who not only became his wife but also his best friend.

He went on to work in his courage, facing down his deepest fears, he started his own computer games business and after much difficulty, after lot of hard work he was able to make it successful. He went to work on his physical energy and he began exercising regularly, he ran a marathon, he became a vegetarian and later on a vegan, permanently eliminating all animal products from his diet.

He went on to work on his generosity and he started writing, speaking and volunteering to help others with their own personal growth, all for free. He went to work on his vision of his life, he took the time to consciously define a purpose for his life and overtime to make that purpose a part of his daily reality, a part of his everyday life.

So, over a period of a decade & half (15 years) that 19 year old kid was able to completely transform every part of his life, he redesigned and rebuilt his life from scratch by conscious choice. Now how much time do you think that took? how much time did he work directly on his own personal growth during those 15 years?  Do you think it involved just reading a book and having an instant quick fix solution that worked?

Steve says; "not remotely." He continued saying that; "the best guess would probably be about 10,000 hours (that's equivalent to 5 years and 40 hour weeks)" He thinks that one committed decision that he made and all the hard work he did to fall through on it, the person that he is today owes that boy his very existence, he exist because him, because of him he get up every morning at 5am while awake and full of energy.

Because of him he feels confident and enthusiastic about his life, because of him he has courage to go after his dreams without being side trapped by fear, because him he has a wonderful wife and kids, because him Steve now spends his time doing most fulfilling and purposeful work he could possibly imagine for himself.

Because of him he's in a position of being able to make a positive contribution to the world, because of him he can honestly say, "I am truly happy." He says that; "he's truly happy because he made a decision and paid the price." Steve says that: "he owes everything he is to that scared, lazy, dishonest, terribly confused young man to that one intelligent decision that he made on January 27 1991. The decision to grow. "

And  Steve says that; "words can't express that overwhelming gratitude he feels towards him everyday for making that decision." Isn't that amazing that all of these positive results can be traced back to a single decision that was made by a 19 year old boy sitting a jail cell being charged with a felony? ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ

Now, can you imagine what that same kind of decision could do for you, deciding to grow, to improve yourself, to become a better, stronger and more capable person tomorrow than you are today? Well, you don't need to drop everything in your life in order to pursue personal growth! What Steve suggests is that you can commit to begin weaving a throat of personal growth into your every day life, starting right now.

But you have to understand that it takes time to actually see the end results, even if you do that it's unlikely that your life is going to change much in a short term. Even after 6 months or a year from now things may not be that much different for you than they are today (it's not a quick fix solution) but fast forward maybe after 2 - 10 years even small changes will begin to make a real difference in your life.

"Personal development is not fast or easy, it's long, hard and much of the time is painful, it will stretch you to your limits, it'll stretch you beyond your limits and you'll experience some failure along the way, but if you accept that this is just how it's going to be and you commit to do it anyway, then you've already won."

Just like that 19 year old boy did,. Understand that one of the most intelligent decisions you can possibly make both for your own good and for the good of everyone else that surrounds you is to grow, to become the best human being you're capable of becoming no matter how difficult it is or how long it takes."

As human beings, we never done growing, it's a lifelong process and for Steve it's a lifelong commitment. Steve says his purpose in life; "is to consciously and courageously pursue personal growth and to actively support other people who want to grow as well." For him it's not just a career, it's who he has become, it's what he's here on earth to do.

So, he invites people who also want to grow just like that 19 year old boy did to join him on this journey. To begin with this journey of personal development and growth, visit his website and blog here and there you'll find a lot of resources to help you get started.

Whatever figurative jail cell you find yourself in right now, realize that you're the one who put yourself in there and ultimately you're the one who's going to have to work yourself out of it, no one is going to save you including Steve but he's there to help you if you want to take advantage of that. No matter what your life looks like right now but within you there's a potential for something much greater.

But we know that you're not going to tap that potential with a fast and easy quick fix, it's going to take a lot of hard work and time but despite how hard it may be, it'll be worth it at the end. If you're only going to remember one idea from this post, then just remember this one word "GROW". Cheers!!! ๐Ÿ‘ฅ

How To Eliminate Mental Blocks That Are Hindering You From Success

I believe that every single person who lives in this planet like you and me have a dream or a goal, don't you think so? Well that it's just my belief and beliefs can't always be true. Everyone has his/her own beliefs and that alone is another root of a mental block because beliefs are just what we have been taught not the facts "beliefs don't change facts, if you're reasonable, you should change your beliefs" said Ricky Gervais.

In fact our own beliefs system are some of the factors that are hindering us from success. For example, some people have been told "they can't pass mathematics" and guess what? "They believed" and even today they can't pass mathematics because that's their beliefs. I previously wrote about the topic of (how to improve your beliefs system so you can reach the sky top), click on the link to view and learn more about the topic in case you missed it. Beliefs can work both in our favors or against us.

Have you noticed that things like fear, stress, anxiety, uncertainty, doubts, beliefs and other unpleasant factors are the ones that are holding us back from success? whether you like it or not, these are all the contributing factors that are actually holding us back from being successful! For example, how can you start a business when you're fearful of risks or doubts? how can you be rich if you still buying into the beliefs that says "money is the root of all evil?" Think about it this way "Law Of Attraction states that like attracts like".

Most of us know what we should be doing to be successful but most often even when we know what we need to be doing, we can't get ourselves to do it! And we also know that there are certain things that if we keep doing, it's just not going to happen. For example, let's say our goal is to quit smoking but we still hang around with smokers. We sabotage ourselves, we hold ourselves back, we do things we know we're going to regret and we can't seem to stop.

And often even when we're really confident, things just don't go the way we expect. Well, what happens for most of us is that our thoughts, feelings and beliefs hold us back from creating success or they become an aid to creating success. Luckily I've met someone who've been helping people like you and me to clear mental blocks I've mentioned, the ones that are hindering us from success. What he does is, he walks you through the progress of eliminating all the mental blocks that are preventing you from success so you can let go of fear, stress, anxiety, uncertainty, doubts, beliefs and more and be yourself again.

Introducing The Sedona Method

If you can be able to let go your inner obstacles then you can actually follow through with conscious effective action to create the success that you desire, plus as you do these processes that you're going to explore, you'll find that not only can you get rid of the obstacles to the success but you'll find that success comes more easily, you can actually enjoy it more, you can follow through and not feel burdened.

The creator of Sedona Method (Hale Dwoskin) will walk you through the entire processes. In the beginning he covers three different processes and these three processes you find in different ways will support to in opening yourself to success and letting go of all the inner obstacles that are standing in your way. The first process is extremely simple, you'll find that the thoughts, feelings and beliefs that are holding you back are just there, they're just thoughts, feelings and beliefs. And in this moment you can choose to let them go and this process uses few simple questions to do just that!

The first question for example, "could you just allow yourself to feel how you feel about being successful?" And that it's just very straight forward, you just simply allow yourself to feel the way you feel. The second question is, "could you just simply welcome or allow that feeling?" This is also quite straight forward, most of us are resisting or fighting our emotions, feelings, thoughts and beliefs all the time, but when you allow yourself to welcome what you feeling, it makes it easier to let it go and that welcoming itself, is very powerful way of letting go.

Another question is, "could you let it go?" If you can drop an object out of your hand then I know you can let go of whatever it is that is holding you back. The other question is, "would you let it go?" Would you simply means "are you willing to?" And if you doing this on your own and whenever you're not sure, just ask yourself, "would I rather let go and have the success I desire, feel more relaxed or would I rather hold on?"
tarot
Usually the choice is quite obvious. Other questions are, "are you willing to?" and again, "when?" and when it's an invitation to decide to do it now! Remember it's just the decision and you may find that you let go a little on "could I?" or "would I?" or even more on "when?".

Before you proceed with this process and the ones that follow, here are couple of guidelines: you have to make this as easy for yourself as possible, firstly you'll need to allow yourself to lead as best as you can with your heart as opposed to your head, but that doesn't mean you have to try to cut off your head or do anything with it in particular. Just pay a little more attention to your heart than the thoughts that are running through your mind.

Well that was just a tip of an iceberg on how this process is actually done,to fully release these mental blocks that have been holding you back, you'll have to listen and follow through this process. Below there's a sedona method audio for you to play, follow through and release all the mental blocks we've been talking about. I'll suggest that you play and listen to the audio before you start with this process so you can be ready for this process.

There you have it (how to eliminate mental blocks that are hindering you from success). Until next time, be free.

How To Improve Your Belief System So You Can Reach The Sky High

I believe that we all have our own beliefs and that can be dangerous because a fixed belief can often prevent important skill development and growth, which could sabotage your health and happiness down the line.

So how do we define belief in particular? According wikipedia.org "Belief is the state of mind in which a person thinks something to be the case, with or without there being empirical evidence to prove that something is the case with factual certainty.

Another way of defining belief sees it as a mental representation of an attitude positively oriented towards the likelihood of something being.

In epistemology, philosophers use the term "belief" to refer to personal attitudes associated with true or false ideas and concepts. However, "belief" doesn't require active introspection and circumspection.

For example, we never ponder whether or not the sun will rise. We simply assume the sun will rise. Since "belief" is an important aspect of mundane life".
Back to business. In this post I want us to focus on the subject of religion and spirituality. Most people when they go about developing their religious and spiritual beliefs is that they make it part of their identity.

For example;"they say I'm a Christian, I'm a Buddhist, I'm a Jewish, I'm a Roman Catholic, I'm an Etheist, I'm an Apostolic, I'm a Muslim, I'm a Islam" and so on...

So today I want us to challenge this approach to religion and present an alternative view, a different way to think about spirituality and religion rather than making it part of your identity, to treat it like a peace of a software running in your mind.

For example; in your personal computer or a smartphone you might have a word processor installed, spreadsheet installed, games installed, music player installed and many other software installed.
But you don't necessarily think of these pieces of software as your computer's identity, you wouldn't say my computer is a word processor, my computer is a spreadsheet or my computer is a game!

Rather you'd say that my computer has the capability to perform word processing, as a spreadsheet, it can perform as an entertainment machine because of the types of software you have installed in it.

It's not that the software is the identity of the machine/device, the device has it's own identity separate from the software, however the software gives the machine/device various capabilities, software controls the machine/device's functions at certain times.

And for the time that you're using those particular pieces of software, you may indeed identify your computer as a machine that is a word processor or a spreadsheet or a machine that is an entertainment machine.

But it's really not those things, it's really much more than. Similarly you can apply this concept to the idea of religion. So the way that I see religion it's not something that you'd make part of your identity.
I see religion or spiritual beliefs as a software, a software that runs within the main frame of your consciousness. For example you could load up the software of a Christian, again you could load up the software of a Buddhist and think like a Buddhist.

You could also load up the software of an Islam if you got installed in your mind, similarly you could go and learn about other beliefs systems and effectively install new software in your mind.

This is like what's happening with the computer technology, there's always new software created to push back the edges. Similarly I think we should be creating new software for our minds consciously.

So the real idea of this multi dimensional approach to religion or to spiritual belief or philosophy is that it makes you more capable human being, it expands your horizon and it makes your life more enjoyable than having a single belief system.

It's just like using a computer with one piece of software vs using a computer with hundreds or thousands pieces of software. It's a much richer experience.

So now, "I encourage you to start thinking about this" that maybe your belief system, your religion system or spiritual system doesn't have to be your identity as a conscious being.

But in a main fact nearly be a piece of software and by making it into your identity, you're like a computer running only one piece of software. If that's how you choose to live then wonderful but let it be your choice that you make for yourself.

What is lucid dreaming and why you should lucid dream more often?

I know you probably wondering what the hell is lucid dreaming, but don't worry because I'm here to enlighten you because I love to share what I know, learned or experienced with other people like you! Okay, so before wasting any more time "what is to lucid dream?"

https://soundcloud.com/user-776709762/lucid-dreaming-podcast

According to Steve Pavlina; "lucid dream or dreaming means you have a dream and you become aware within your dream that you're dreaming, so you actually wake up or become conscious within your dream. The word lucid simply means mentally clearly and you're able to think clearly and logically within your dream.

This means you know who you are, you're able to access all of your conscious memories, you'd know what the day of the week is, you might even be able to know what position your body is sleeping in, so you know that at this present moment you're in a dream while your physical body is lying in a bed somewhere asleep,

but yet you perceive this reality almost through your physical senses, it feels just as real as the real world perhaps even more real. So you can walk around, interact with the characters in your dreams, yet all of this is taking place within your own consciousness".

This means even if you dream of somebody who's trying to harm or bewitch you, you can actually wake up and say "hey you, I see what you trying to do to me!" I mean this is a fascinating thing or a skill especially if you have already mastered how to do it.

Imagine if you could be able to see the future events, people you're going to meet along the way, a car you're going to drive, a house you're going to live in and etc... And the best part about lucid dreaming is that; "you can lucid dream deliberately, you just need to learn how to do just that".

Erin (Steve Pavlina's wife) became an accomplished lucid dreamer in her early teens and by the age of 15 learned how to astral project at will. Later, Erin began developing her abilities as a psychic medium and appeared on the Criss Angel Mindfreak show where she demonstrated her abilities for 1.7 million TV viewers.
When Rebecca Turner of world of lucid dreaming interviewed Erin about what her first lucid dream was like, Erin said; "You always remember the first right? Well I sure do. In the dream I was in the passenger seat of a car that my mom was driving. She got out of the car and I didn't, even though I knew I was "supposed" to get out of the car too.

I stayed in the car and pinched myself. I felt nothing. Then I tried slapping myself, and that didn't hurt either. I excitedly concluded I must be dreaming. I looked around hurriedly but my excitement woke me up. I think my lucidity lasted all of 3 seconds, but it was enough for me to realize that lucid dreaming was more than possible, it was a reality, and all I had to do was continue to work at it".

Erin Pavlina says that; "learning how to lucid dream is totally worth the time and effort. What else do you have to do while sleeping? She's so incredibly grateful to have this skill. She wouldn't give it up for anything. With lucid dreaming you get to experience anything you can possibly imagine, things that would otherwise be impossible for you in the waking world. You're only limited by your imagination".

You too can learn how to lucid dream and enjoy the experience. Click here to learn more about lucid dreaming.

What experience I had in ZCC Moria and why you too should visit!

According to Wikipedia Zion Christian Church is one of the largest church in Southern Africa or SADEC with more than 5 million faithful members, formed in 1910 by Engenas Lekganyane. Every year during Easter, the majority of ZCC members go and gather at Moria ZCC headquarters in Limpopo province to pray, celebrate and receive the word of God from their Bishop.

So, I've heard so many wonderful stories about the place before and decided to go there and see for myself and guess what? Indeed it's a very good place to be; the atmosphere is tremendous, people are friendly, everyone seems to be patient and welcoming, weather is cool, food are healthy and rich in proteins,

You'd forget about all your problems when you're there, when it's time to pray everybody knee down and pray, everyone looks beautiful and excited even the bishop himself is always smiling and waving his hands when he sees people, chicks are so beautiful, you wouldn't find any destruction when you're there,

At night when you're asleep, Angels would visit you and say "you're in a holy and safe place here, you'd sleep like a new born baby, when you wake up in the morning you'd take a quick shower and gather at the church to pray and receive the word of God like a breakfast you haven't had in ages, if you were hungry, you'd feel like you just had an English breakfast (bacon, egg, fried tomatoes, toast with butter & sausages).

But you better behave yourself like other kids if you know you have a problem of misbehavior because you're going to be called into order very fast, you went there to pray not to play some childish games, just do whatever they ask you to do, you're in a holy place and angels are watching you, they might reward you.๐Ÿ˜‰

In my own opinion, I'd say that this church plays a major role in developing, teaching and guiding people how to live their lives over the long run because as a truly ZCC member you'd refrain yourself from many harmful substances and environments like alcohol, smoking, having sex with multiple people and more...

It was my time seeing millions and millions of people gathered together in place, all with one purpose in mind, for me that's positive, this changed my perspective about the way I see life and people in general because I now know that there's still a number of people out there who respect and believe in Almighty God.

I've seen what we call role models, politicians and celebrities in Moria to also pray for their country and receive blessings as well. I was there when the bishop told the Deputy President of SA that "when two elephants fight, the grass gets hurt". Can't elaborate further than that because I'm not a politician hey.

There you have it (What experience I had in ZCC Moria and why you too should visit).
If you've read this far, I'm sure you now know why people go to Moria every year.
Until next time, live peacefully...

#Why you should avoid walking or driving at night around Soshanguve Township

If you reside in Soshanguve, probably you know it's a very lovely township. It has lekker (good) places to chill at and enjoy your beers, music and watch beautiful yellow bones but yet, it's a very dangerous place in the evening, especially on the weekends.

Let me tell you why; firstly I heard a lot of people crying saying that; "they've been robed at gun points, I heard the stories about the kids who've been raped, victims who've been high-jacked and shops that were hit with larceny, all of these incidents/crimes happen mostly at night around Soshanguve township.

There were all stories to me because I've had never seen any of these happening in front of my eyes, until it happened to me. So now I want to tell you this; "when walking or driving at night, you better carry a gun with you or you might become another victim of larceny", because there are lots of tsotsis in Soshanguve and you never know who you might bump into.

On the 31st of March 2017, this is the day I'll never forget as I became a victim of robbery, I had became a dinner for these Jackals, I'm sure they enjoyed it because they've enriched themselves with personal belongings and I know they'll want to come back for more as they hit a jackpot that day, yet what they don't know is "I just bought myself a new AK47, especially for them", I guess somebody is going to die soon.

What happened is that; "I was with my friend, sitting inside his car at night, I was sitting in the driver seat as I was the one who was driving, we were relaxed and chatting with our legs on the dashboard", when two armed men pitched from nowhere, we only heard the sound of a gun pointing at us and they said: "voetsek"

Firstly, we wanted to run away but we had no way out, the only thing we could to do, was to cooperate or we were dead and guess what we did; "we surrendered", they told us to close our eyes so we can't see their faces or who they were and they searched us as if they had a search warrant.

"We were so frightened to the point where we wished, it was all a dream", on the other hand, my friend was even farting those boiled eggs he ate at take away shop, all because of fear of death. They said to my friend; "you fart? you're such a coward and he said sorry sir, I won't fart again, please forgive me".

Likely they didn't take the car, they only took the car keys and told us that; we'd find them down the road in a corner, I felt relieved somehow because I thought they were going to tie us or put us in the boot of a car and drop us somewhere in the bush or even in the worst case scenario, cut some of our body parts and sell them to inyangas (traditional doctors) for muthi because these folks can do anything to get the money.

Lucky enough, they didn't think of that one. After they took our belongings, they fled the scene, when we opened our eyes, they're gone. We wanted to chase them but firstly we had to start looking for the car keys they took, at least they felt some sympathy for us because they did as they promised, we did find the car keys in a corner down the road but it was too late, they were gone/fled the scene with our cash and phones.

We searched for these jackals the whole night with no luck, probably they were hide somewhere in the jungle because they're animals. After that, we decided to sleep but I really struggled to sleep that night , whenever I was closing my eyes, I'd see that incident as if it was happening right at that moment.

medical aid

At least the following day I was able to sleep again though I'm still worried, they might want to come back for more because they kept asking me stupid questions like; "where is your laptop? and whom I'm stay with in the house". But I guess I'll be okay because; "I believe what doesn't kill me, will only make me stronger"

There you have it my friends and be advised, to avoid walking in the streets of Soshanguve in the evenings, especially on weekends, even when driving a car, be careful of other motorists because you never know what their purpose is. Until next time... stay blessed. Follow me on Google+ for new updates.

10 Things people do when they're drunk and regret them the following day!

Have you ever observed things that people do when they're drunk? Well, I don't know about you but I have and many times. And I found a lot of both funny and bad things people do when they're drunk. Here you'll find a few things that I've seen people do when they're drunk.

Watch this video and see what people do when they're drunk!

1. Some people talk, talk and talk way too much when drunk and it's annoying for some of us because you find that you're not in a mood to listen to their nonsense but they'll talk and talk while that smell is stinking in their mouth. I'm sure you've smelt that brewery in their mouth before๐Ÿ˜ . Look at who you're talking to!

2. Some people love to dance and they don't even have moves, I guess you've seen them right? They dance horrible, even monkeys dance better. On the other hand, some have moves but they overdo it, they want to dance until their feet are sweating blood. Please don't try to be another Michael Jackson, you'll get hurt๐Ÿ˜œ

3. Other people when drunk, they throw up. There's nothing I hate than to see chewed mince mixed with the last night's mash potatoes coming out of someone's mouth and stinking. How disgusting is that? Next time when you know you're going to get drunk, please fast, at least that way there won't be any bad smell!

4. People get over excited, they can't even say no to alcohol, they just want to drink, drink and drink until the sun rise. Others spend way too much when drunk, they buy everyone beers as if they just won a lottery. Watch out, you might spend all your monthly income in one night because of your foolishness!

5. Some can't speak properly, I mean you can't even hear a word they're saying, others mispronounce words, these are the words that I have found that are difficult to say when drunk:
Cinnamon
Innovative
Preliminary
